We utilize UPS and the US Postal Service. We also offer free return shipping with 3 or more units.
Turnaround times vary from overnight to 3 days.
We work Monday through Thursday, and some Fridays.
For next-day returns, ALL .STL files delivered through the internet must be received by 10:00 am.
For next-day & 48-hour returns of cases to be scanned, designed, and milled, cases MUST be received at our laboratory by 10:00 am Monday through Thursday.
There is an additional cost for next-day cases: $5.00 for basic copings, $10.00 for any other service per unit, and $45.00 expedite fee. Some of these costs are waived for our Tier Pricing loyal customers.
Cases received AFTER 11:00 am Thursday will be ready for pick-up by 9:00 am Tuesday morning.
All cases received Friday will be ready for pick-up on Tuesday.
We send out an invoice on the 1 st of the month, and payment is due by the 15 th of the month.
