Custom Abutments and Personalized Treatments
A dental implant abutment is an artificial tooth root that is placed into your jaw to hold a replacement tooth or bridge. Dental implants are an ideal option for people in good general oral health who have lost a tooth or teeth due to periodontal disease, an injury, or some other reason. Dental implants are so natural-looking and feeling; you may forget you ever lost a tooth.
Custom abutments offer personalized treatment for your implants. With a custom abutment from CS Digital Dental, your clients will benefit from increased functionality and fit, as well as greater control of the emergence profile.
Virtually all dental implants placed today are root-form endosseous implants, i.e., they appear similar to an actual tooth root (and thus possess a “root -form”) and are placed within the bone. The bone of the jaw accepts and osseointegrates with the titanium post. Osseointegration refers to the fusion of the implant surface with the surrounding bone. Dental implants will fuse with bone; however they lack the periodontal ligament, so they will feel slightly different than natural teeth during chewing.

For next-day returns, ALL .STL files delivered through the internet must be received by 10:00 am.
For next-day & 48-hour returns of cases to be scanned, designed, and milled, cases MUST be received at our laboratory by 10:00 am Monday through Thursday.
There is an additional cost for next-day cases: $5.00 for basic copings, $10.00 for any other service per unit, and $45.00 expedite fee. Some of these costs are waived for our Tier Pricing loyal customers.
Cases received AFTER 11:00 am Thursday will be ready for pick-up by 9:00 am Tuesday morning.
All cases received Friday will be ready for pick-up on Tuesday.
We send out an invoice on the 1 st of the month, and payment is due by the 15 th of the month.
